diet - Discription

  1. Eat a balanced diet.
  2. Get regular exercise.
  3. Drink more water.
  4. Cut down on caffeine.
  5. Get good sleep.
  6. Ditch the alcohol.
  7. Address allergies.
  8. Reduce stress.


Health care habits
1.one table spoon sugar per day enough

2. 1/4 table spoon of salt per day

3. 37g red meat per day

4. Drink 500ml water one hour before and after break fast( drink 250 ml at a time) 

5.Drink 500ml water one hour before and after lunch. 

5. Eat food in a regular intervals with minimum 32chew

1:00 pm lunch; before 5 hours need to take break fast(before 8 am)
7:30 pm supper - After supper walk 200steps 

Give 12 hours rest our digestive system(7:30 pm to 7:30 am)

6. One day fasting in Saturday
